Good morning everyone,
Thank you for joining me on photography blog here at Garvin Hunter Photography. For past few weeks I have been sharing the results of my 365 day photography challenge here on my photo blog. For those who don't know, a 365 photo challenge/project is where one commits to making at least photograph each day for the next year. Thus far, I am really enjoying the challenge of balancing my photography with work, family and friends. You can see my earlier work here.
For today's blog post I decided to photograph some apples and oranges I had in the fridge. In the first two images I converted the digital files into black and white photographs and then restored some of the original colour. For the third image I chose to blend two photographs with varying exposures (i.e., shutter speed) together using Photoshop CC. I really love the outcome!!. The bright and vibrant colours of the oranges in the foreground really catches the viewer's eye. Which image is your favourite?
See you tomorrow and hope you have a great Thursday!
