Welcome to day 6 of my 365 Photography Project. For those who just recently joined the blog a few days ago I committed myself to making at least one image each day and posting the results here on my photo blog. There are many reasons why someone may decide to start a 365 photography project, but for me personally I wanted to get back in the habit of making photographs daily. For the past year, I have been busy with my new job and spending time with the family and as a result my photography has suffered. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to use the comment section at the bottom of page. I have also created a FaceBook group for those who would like to begin their own 365 project and I welcome you to share your photographs with the group.
For todays offering I decided to photograph my Hyacinth and Muscari plants that I recently purchased for the garden. To add an extra element of interest I converted the first image into a black and white print using ON1 Photo Raw 2018 and then painted back some of the original colour. This really draws the viewers eyes into the image. The second image is a photograph of the Hyacinth's flowers and was simply processed in Lightroom CC and ON1 Photo Raw 2018.
Hope you have a great day and please join me again tomorrow for Day 7.
