Today I am celebrating two things. First of all, today marks the second week anniversary of my 365 day photography project. Thus far, I am really happy that I chose to start such a project as it is forcing me to make creative images on a daily basis. I would recommend anyone who has a love for photography and wants to take their skill level to the next step to seriously consider starting their own challenge. You will see an immediate difference on how you see the world and the light that surrounds it. I am really looking forward to the next 50 weeks of the photo challenge and seeing what creative images I can share with the group. The second thing I am celebrating is the weather here in SouthWestern Ontario has finally changed for the better and it is beginning to feel like spring. Tomorrow I am planning to have my snow tires taken off so please say a prayer for us in SouthWestern Ontario that we get no more snow until next winter.
For today's offering I decided to head to a local park this morning and capture some early signs of spring. Nothing says spring more to Canadians than seeing our beloved Robins returning home. These two little Robins welcomed me to the park and I was quick to snap a few photos of them. I especially like the second one. I think it is cute to see the Robin gazing over the Thames river almost as if he is trying to fathom its beauty. Both photos we edited using Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC. Until tomorrow have fun, enjoy the outdoors and continue shooting.
